Meet Lauren Brombal

Background

Lauren is passionate about educating and empowering her clients while helping them return to their active lifestyles. She is dedicated to bringing physical balance and the joy of movement to her clients.

Whether you are recovering from a new or old injury, struggling with chronic pain, postural imbalances, pregnancy pain, stress, anxiety, depression or seeking maintenance and “fine tuning” treatment, Lauren will help you reach your goals. During this process she will call on you as an active member of the treatment process to ensure you feel safe, comfortable and in control.

Lauren has a broad skillset including deep tissue techniques, trigger point release, active stretching, myofascial release, along with relaxation techniques to bring the body and the nervous system back to a stable state. She strongly believes in the importance of mind-body connection, and therefore incorporates a deliberate relaxation component in massage.

As a competitive athlete, Lauren has experienced the struggles associated from injuries and the lengthy rehabilitation process. By drawing on these experiences, she is able to apply her exceptional knowledge of the human body and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to tailor treatments specifically to each client.

Lauren was born and raised in Guelph, Ontario where she graduated with Honours from the Massage Therapy Program at triOS college in 2022. Prior to this, she completed two years at the University of Western’s Kinesiology program and then obtained a diploma with academic excellence as a Physiotherapy Assistant.  As a result of her extensive training and education, Lauren has exceptional knowledge of human anatomy and has channelled her skills and knowledge into massage therapy, her true passion.

Now a resident of Squamish, Lauren is thrilled to embrace more outdoor activities such as hiking and downhill skiing and just enjoying the beauty that surrounds her.
