Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the use of thin needles in specific locations of the body in order to improve healing, reduce pain, and balance the body. Acupuncture is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and addresses the root and the branch, or symptom, of illnesses and injury. In doing so, it can optimize the health and well-being of the whole individual and prevent further health issues.

Studies have shown that acupuncture works by impacting the central nervous system and that impact leads to many benefits for the body.
